My name is Rebecca Maher and my hopes for Digital Discourse is to join the digital marketing conversation. As we all know, businesses are starting to understand and embrace the power of digital marketing elements such as social media, search engine optimisation and CRM technologies. However as they are a relatively new mediums, much discussion, debate, confusion and excitement surrounds these strategies. Do the old rules apply to a new situation? My aim is to provide interesting and insightful comments on what is being said in the blogesphere. Through critical analysis combined with my own opinions I hope these entries are an engaging way to add to the digital marketing discussion.
